Shipping rates:

We have flat rate shipping on all orders: 

New Zealand wide - $6.00

All orders will be packaged and sent from our Wellington studio within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. 

We use either Fastway or Pass the Parcel courier services within New Zealand.

Returns:

We hope that you fall in love with your order as soon as you unwrap it, but we also understand that shopping online can sometimes be difficult. 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase then we will provide you with a full refund on the price of the product (excluding shipping). 

Products must be returned to us at your expense within 15 days of placing your order. Please note: we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that are not received so please use a reliable trackable courier or postal service when you return your item. 

Please email us to let us know you are returning your order beforehand and as soon as it is received, in the same condition as it was sent out in, then we will process your refund (excluding shipping costs) immediately.
